From Singapore to Shibuya: Building for Visa’s Vee
You’ve probably seen Vee — Visa’s blue, card-shaped ball of chaos and charm. A playful character created to bring Visa’s brand to life across different experiences and cities.
2025, we had the opportunity to bring Vee to life in Singapore.
And it wasn’t just one display.
We built multiple large-scale Vee display units, each requiring a lot more than simply making something big. There was fabrication, finishing, assembly, packing — and then figuring out how to actually move these massive, heavy pieces out of our workshop and onto the lorry.
There were late nights, overnight work, countless adjustments and plenty of heavy lifting.
But seeing the finished pieces installed in Singapore made every bit of it worth it.
Then 2026, Visa Came Back.
This time, the destination was Shibuya, Japan. 🇯🇵
When we heard Visa wanted us to build another Vee display for Japan, we knew we had another big project ahead.
Once again, the team went all in.
From fabrication and finishing to assembly and packing, every detail had to be carefully considered — especially when the finished piece had to travel internationally.
And shipping something this big and heavy?
Definitely not the easiest part.
Getting it packed, moved, loaded and shipped safely became a project of its own.
But eventually, it made its way from our workshop in Malaysia all the way to Shibuya.
And seeing our work standing there in Japan?
That was a damn proud moment.
